Tickets
One Dinner Ticket includes dinner, dessert, beer/wine, soft drinks, entertainment, dancing and fun. But this event is much more than that. You get to go on a date with your special valentine and enjoy the fellowship of others from all walks of life.
The Knights of Columbus organize all event planning, sponsorship, volunteering, cooking, serving, set-up and take-down. It is open to the general public and designed to be a fellowship event to be enjoyed by all attendees. Even the volunteers get some time to enjoy the games, dinner, and maybe slide in a dance with their valentine. All prizes are donated by our many sponsors.

Purchase Tickets Online
Conveniently and safely purchase tickets online anytime using PayPal. Use the "Buy Now" button above. This allows for a secure transaction on PayPal's site. You will be able to change the quantity of tickets purchased. You'll have the choice of using a credit card or your PayPal account.
How to claim your tickets from the "purchase from online method": Print, save, and bring your PayPal receipt to the Will Call desk (located at the west wing of the church known as the reception area to the education wing. This will be the main entrance to the event).
Reverse Raffle
On the night of the event, a reverse raffle will be played with a grand prize of $1500. Raffle tickets are $25 each or may be bought in volumes of 5 for $100. Only 300 tickets will be sold.

How it works:
Tickets will be numbered from 1 to 300. Each ticket stub will be placed in the raffle drum. Tickets will be drawn one by one until the last ticket remains. The holder of this lucky ticket will claim our $1500 grand prize. Additionally other prizes will be given out during the countdown to the final number. A total of $5,000* in prizes will be awarded. (*Prizes will be awarded in the form of Visa gift cards and other product and services.)
Splitting the pot
To make the event even more interesting we will offer final contestants (3) opportunities to split the pot.
Rules for splitting
All finalists must be in agreement 100% or we're moving on.
If the ticket owner is not present one of the following conditions must exist
1. Your signed Proxy takes precedence
2. If a signed Proxy is not executed and attempt will be made to contact you via the phone numbers provided on the reverse raffle ticket stub. All phone attempts to reach you will be limited to 1 minute.
Ticket Splits
1st split, 10 tickets remaining- if all 10 owners are in 100% agreement each will receive $150
2nd Split, 5 tickets remaining - if all 5 owners are in 100% agreement each will receive $300
3rd Split, 3 tickets remaining - if all 3 owners are in 100% agreement each will received $500
Definitions
Owner- The Owner is defined as the person who's name and contact information is on the Reverse Raffle ticket stub or a subsequent purchaser from the owner record.
Proxy - A written agreement from the Owner of the right to vote for the Owner in the Proxy split.
Purchase Tickets After Mass
Starting two weeks prior to the event (January 28th & 29th and February 4th & 5th) there will be a table set up after each Mass at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church either in the Narthex or in the courtyard for purchasing tickets in advance.
